Meet Christophe Dominici, one of the Dieux de Stade rugby players

You may know that the Dieux de Stade rugby players mostly play with the Paris Rugby Club, a.k.a. Le Stade Français. But you may not know precisely who Christophe Dominici, one of its most prestigious players, is.

Dominici or "Domi" is a key player in both the French national rugby team and at le Stade Français. French people love him because he had to fight the odds to make it to the national team. It helps that he is great at his position (full back / wing).

Domi is not tall: just 1.72m (5' 7"). As a kid, he knew that it would be hard for him to join a good team because of his stature. But what he lacked in heigth, he had in willingness to succeed. He knows when to attack and soon became one of the best European players.

He has recently published his biography called Bleu à l'âme. He talks about how sentimental he can be, about how important his mother was for him, and how devastated he was when his wife Ingrid left him.

Domi has never shied away from showing a lot in the past calendars. Let's just say that he certainly no reason to be shy, down there. Anyway, he is getting older and I am glad that he is now benefting from some kind of fame.

He has recently signed a contract with Head and Shoulders. Good for him. I cannot really believe that a toughie like him would care about "how stress can induce dandruffs", but it is nice to see rugby players with international sponsors.
